Six suppliers were pre-qualified for DPP and five for FSS. Contracts will be awarded in accordance with USPS procurement rules. The USPS will use a phased development approach; Concept and Simulation, Test Bed/ Proof of Concept, Prototype Development and Field Test and Evaluation.
