How will the process for quotations of between £5k and £30k change?
A. Schools and Directorates still need to obtain three written quotations for purchases between 5k and 30k, this is not changing. Previously, for orders 5k and over, the over 5k waiver form would be completed, however, from the 1st December 09, the over 5k waiver form is changing to the over 10k waiver form. This revised form should be completed and attached (with quotations) with the requisition by the preparer and submitted to the approver(s) for approval.
