How will the practice survey work?

Answer A practice survey will take place quarterly. It will be commissioned by the Department of Health and will be carried out by an independent company. Practices in each PCT will be surveyed and results shared with the PCT and SHA. Individual practices will not be identified. The first survey will take place in April. PCTs should encourage their practices to participate, and this might be included in any local incentive scheme that is developed.
