How will the possible submarine cable between Russia and Finland affect Estlink?
The possible submarine cable between Russia and Finland will not affect Estlink as the project is still in its infancy. Today, only Russia is interested in such a project. Estlink took almost 15 years from the conception to realization and thus it is highly unlikely the cable between Russia and Finland will be ready before the end of Estlink’s commercial period.
