How will the pilot program work?
The Solid Waste Management Division will select 1,000 households from current customers in good standing. These customers will be invited to participate in the program. If they agree, they will receive a new 96-gallon cart for recyclables, which will be collected on the same day as the trash from their trash carts, according to a recycling schedule they will receive when their carts are delivered.
