How will the Phase I mechanical, electrical and elevator systems be impacted during the construction of Phase II?
The Phase I mechanical, electrical and elevator systems will not be impacted during regular office hours during the construction of Phase II. The Phase I and Phase II mechanical, electrical and elevator systems operate independently until completion. Once Phase II is complete, the controls for both systems will be integrated as required.
