How will the NYFMS team measure the benefits realized from the implementation?
By utilizing existing data and agency experience, a baseline will be established for areas where NYFMS is expected to generate benefits for end-users, business process improvements, and cost-savings. The baseline will quantitatively describe New York State’s current capabilities in these areas and identify measurable criteria that will be re-evaluated periodically after implementation.
