How will the new playground be funded?
It is currently estimated that $185,000 will be needed to purchase the equipment for the new playground. Playground by the Sound has prepared a fundraising plan seeking the participation of families, individuals and businesses. Brick sales, with prices ranging from $125 to $425 and sponsorship of equipment, benches and other play area amenities will be the primary focus of the fundraising efforts. Individuals can also make a general contribution. All donations will be accepted and greatly appreciated.
