All Ellison employees and locations will be retained and receive additional training. As part of the new partnership with Mori Seiki, employees at Mori Mid-American Sales will become Ellison Technologies employees. MMAS employees will also receive additional training, particularly in the areas Ellison’s robotic and automation products. With Mori Mid-American coming on board, Ellison will expand its presence in the Midwest and various market segments. Because of a single platform across all Ellison locations, we will be able to share solutions and skill sets company-wide. When desired, Ellison offices and customers will be able to take advantage of certain centralized services from our Chicago hub.
