How will the new EMIS handle changes to PAAs?

There will be different process for those changes requiring Treasury Board (TB) approval and those below the PA level. In the first case, an authority paragraph in an approved TB submission will be required. For those below the PA level and for minor or housekeeping changes, changes may be proposed or recorded in the system through a technical adjustment.
