How will the new company operate?
s part of Blackboard, the Presidium team will form a new offering called Blackboard Student Services. The Presidium team will continue to be led by Greg Davies, who will serve as President of Blackboard Student Services and ensure a steady focus on the work Presidium is currently doing to support all of its clients. There will be no immediate changes to the Presidium operations and support teams, who will continue to work in Presidium’s headquarters office in Reston, Virginia, and in contact center offices in Somerset, Kentucky and Killeen, Texas. Over time we’ll be working to find ways to enhance and improve the work Presidium currently does to support your institution. As we manage the combination of our companies and resources, Greg will work closely with Craig Chanoff, General Manager of Blackboard Student Services, who brings a wealth of experience in client care from his leadership roles with Blackboard’s product support and Client Success groups.
