How will the new childcare procedures affect me if I decide not to accept a nursery place?
If you are offered a nursery place which you decide not to take, your entry will be redated to the date when you were made this offer. This means you will go to the bottom of the waiting list for all nurseries (or, if you are a priority case, the bottom of the priority list). It is important that you keep us updated of any changes made in your circumstances, as if you are offered a place on the basis of outdated information, the policy will be applied and you will go to the bottom of the waiting list.
