How will the new budget model relate to the universitys values and mission?
One of the benefits of the proposed budget model is a better link between resource allocation and the mission of the university. As they make decisions related to academic programs and the budget, deans and chairs will have to keep the university’s values and mission in mind and demonstrate that their decisions align with them.
