How will the Municipalities of Ceiba and Naguabo be integrated into the Re-use Plan?
A study was recently completed to integrate these municipalities including its urban centers to the uses proposed in the Re-use Plan. The study was made pursuant to a request made by the Business Association of Ceiba at the end of 2004; the Commonwealth Government approved its financing. Public hearings were held to include the suggestions from the Ceiba and Naguabo residents.
