CNIC A-76 MEO teams will be selected based on nominations from Program Managers, CNIC HQ Staff, the Agency Tender (ATO), the Human Resource Advisor (HRA) and MEO Team Leads. The MEO teams will be comprised of Program Managers, Members of the Acquisition Center of Excellence (ACOE), HR, Contractor Support, and functional experts from various regions. The ATO and HRA will provide oversight to these teams.
