How will the local children and families of The Fylde benefit specifically?

In addition to benefitting from modern, first class and safe sports facilities, local residents and schools will have free use of the facilities at certain times of the week. The multi-purpose function suite in the main clubhouse and additional facilities in the pavilions will also be available free of charge for groups to use on an agreed basis, as will use of the artificial grass pitch and cricket nets. The site itself will be landscaped in such a way that it provides a pleasant area for people of all ages to walk, jog or cycle around a state of the art Trim Trail. There is a possibility of exploiting the local flora and fauna to provide ecological interest for children and school pupils.
