How will the leaders in Singapore be trained and held accountable?
We value the importance of having good leadership. In fact, without good leadership, we will never get very far. Therefore, we are planning on training the leaders on a regular basis through avenues such as phone conferences and web conferences. The leaders will also get trained and connected to the greater HMCC vision by joining some of the global staff meetings. Pastor Seth and the other global pastoral staff will be visiting Singapore to help train the leaders. We are also planning on using video teaching of some of our leaders meetings in the States to train up our international leaders. Accountability will occur as the leaders submit accountability reports as well as connect with one another in regions.
