How will the job interview be handled?
Just like traditional jobs, the recruiting process will vary from company to company. Some companies have a very easy recruitment process. Others have a more complex recruitment process. Because you will work at home and may be located hundreds or thousands of miles away from your boss, most often the interviewing process will involve phone interviews, internet testing and/or reference checking more frequently than in-person interviews.
