How will the IS CoP be administered?
Business plans will guide the IS CoP activities. The IS CoP Community Council Leadership will develop a business plan that will guide the community in generating knowledge, supporting its members with learning and networking opportunities, sharing best practices and more. This includes webinars, virtual conferences, face-to-face meeting events, and sponsorship/ advertising opportunities. These driving forces will result in content creation that will distinguish and identify the IS CoP uniqueness as a PMI virtual community. PMI’s volunteers and staff will support the IS CoP in implementing its business plan on a global level. 2. Since incorporation of the ISSIG, its leaders served in roles autonomous of PMI due to their legal and fiduciary obligations as organization officers. How will this autonomy change? Will current leaders be impacted by the transition to the new IS CoP? Existing leaders are essential for the successful transition to, and implementation of, the new community models
