Participants receive a confidential Follow-up Progress Report at different stages depending on your level of participation. The results of all Chatham Steel participants will be combined and summarized in reports for management after 12 weeks and one year. No individual names or other identifiers are released in the summary reports. The summary reports are used for program evaluation purposes only and include information such as demographics, participant satisfaction, changes in clinical factors (i.e. weight, blood pressure, blood test results, smoking status, etc.) and cost-effectiveness data.
