Now that the deal has closed, we will begin the process to review the structure and roles and responsibilities of our combined staff to ensure we have the best talent in place that will serve our customers and deliver on our strategic goals. The significant synergies between organizations in terms of skills and capabilities will be leveraged to create a world-class team. Where it makes sense to combine functions to achieve efficiencies we will do so. These will be hard decisions, but they will be made thoughtfully.
