How will the ground be restored following construction?
REX — East uses best management practices such as topsoil segregation, erosion control, irrigation restoration, and other protective measures to give landowners active use of their land for farming and recreation activities after construction is completed. In addition, REX — East will work with landowners to see that restoration and other follow-up actions are completed satisfactorily and according to FERC guidelines and servitude agreements. REX — East is committed to public safety, protection of the environment, and operating its facilities in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
