How will The Gallery at Central Parks density and height compare to what is there now and nearby?
• The Gallery at Central Park is proposed to be developed at an average density of 31 units per acre with varying densities across the site. Great consideration has been given to the layout of the project including both the location of unit densities and housing types. For example, the row houses on Kaiser Drive would have a density of 24.3 units per acre and would be adjacent to the Woodborough Condominiums that have a density of 23.3 units per acre. Similarly, the town houses at Pepper Tree Lane and Kaiser Drive would have a density of 21.7 units per acre, which is compatible with the Alderwood Apartments located west of Pepper Tree Lane with a density of 24.8 units per acre. The proposed 45 single family homes near the southern edge of the project site are adjacent to existing single family residences. The square footage for the proposed homes would range from approximately 1,500 square feet to 2,200 square feet. This would be compatible with the homes on Marietta Drive, which range
