How will The Gallery at Central Park benefit the community?
• The proposed development is compatible with the surrounding neighborhood. For-sale detached two story single homes will be built along the southern border of the property near the existing single family neighborhood; for-sale three story townhomes will be placed on the northwest corner of Pepper Tree Lane and Kaiser Drive and along the north side of Kaiser Drive adjacent to the existing apartments and condominiums. The proposed four story apartment buildings will be placed at the corner of Kaiser Drive and Kiely Boulevard. • The Gallery at Central Park represents $400 million investment in the community, producing and/or sustaining over 5,000 direct (construction) and indirect (materials and services) jobs during the construction phases. It will result in $40 million annually in local consumer spending, and tens of millions in positive net impact to the City over a 20 year period.
