How will the funds be allocated between debt and the capital projects?
Session has approved that funds received would go dollar for dollor to the debt and capital until the capital projects are fully funded. At that point 100% of the funds received would go to pay off the debt. Will new members be asked to make a pledge to the capital campaign? Yes, we will encourage all new members throughout the campaign to tithe and to support the capital campaign. How long will it take to complete the construction for the Cave, office and nursery and when will remodeling begin? It will take approximately 3 months from demolition to completion and projects will begin as soon as funds have been received for CAVE, office space and nursery. Is the kitchen in the architectural drawing the same as the current staff kitchen? No, it is a new kitchen. The new conference room seats 12-15. Is that the size of our staff? Our staff is a little larger than this, but the entire staff does not usually meet at the same time. What is the capacity of our current nursery vs. new nursery?
