How will the Fund achieve its Investment Objective?
The Fund will pursue its investment objective by investing indirectly in a diversified portfolio of high quality income-producing real estate properties. The Fund intends to invest its assets globally, primarily in publicly-traded real estate investment trusts and other real estate securities. The Fund may invest without limitation in non-U.S. securities; provided, however, that the Fund will limit its investments in issuers located in any single country, other than the U.S., to no more than 25% of its net assets.
