• A Cabinet committee shall oversee the development and implementation of the FSDS. • The Minister of Environment ( MOE) shall establish a Sustainable Development Office to monitor progress on implementation. The Office shall report on progress at least once every three years and the Minister shall table the report in Parliament. • The MOE shall appoint and chair a Sustainable Development Advisory Council composed of 1 representative from each province and territory, and 3 representatives from Aboriginal peoples, environmental NGO’s, business, and labour.
