How will the FMLA (Maternity) Benefits be changing?
NEW – 7.18.05 Family Medical Leave allows employees to take unpaid leave under certain circumstances and is governed by Federal law. Concerto complies with all legal requirements. Certain types of family medical leaves are eligible for Short Term disability benefits. At this time, we do not know the disability plans for the combined company. We will provide you with additional details as they become available. Will Aspect continue to offer the Educational Reimbursement program? NEW – 7.18.05 Aspect will continue to reimburse employees for qualified expenses under Aspect’s education reimbursement program through the close of the merger. Courses approved prior to the finalization of the merger will be reimbursed under the terms of Aspect’s programs. At this time, we do not know Concerto’s educational reimbursement program and policies. We will provide you with that information when it becomes available. What will happen to my benefits? You will remain on Aspect’s benefits until the merge
