How will the EOI process be conducted?
The EOI process will ask interested parties to describe their intended approach to the project’s design in the context of the project vision, outline the model it proposes be adopted for the planning, delivery and final tenure of the development, and submit a masterplan that demonstrates the mix of tourism, commercial and residential land use. In addition, the parties will be asked to provide their financial and business credentials. Submissions closed 2.00pm (WST) on 27th August 2009.
