RRS’ sustainable approach ensures that the renewable energy generated from leftover, non-recycled waste will benefit the local Cheshire population whilst minimising the distances waste has to be transported. This renewable energy will be distributed via underground cables to the National Grid and will be enough to power 22,500 homes. The overall solution will also benefit the people of Cheshire by providing approximately 70 jobs.
