How will the election be conducted?
After all disputes have been settled, the SERB will set an election date and conduct the secret ballot election. New guidelines allow the SERB to conduct elections by mail ballot, and the SERB will determine whether our election will be held in person on both campuses or conducted via mail. At this time, it looks most likely that we will have a mail ballot election. SERB representatives will count the ballots with both parties present. The vote is decided by a simple majority.
