How will the EDI be used as a provincial benchmark?
Now that EDI data from all BC school districts are available, HELP has established a provincial average, or baseline, of children’s state of development. This benchmark will benefit all districts and schools by allowing comparisons both within and across districts. With continued funding and in partnership with school districts, HELP is collecting EDI data every three years. This will allow baseline comparisons over time.
