How will the eDebtAttorney team settle my debts?
At the outset, we will work together to establish a plan that takes into account your monthly income and expenses. Based on this analysis, we will determine an amount that you are comfortable with saving on a monthly basis. This amount is placed in a special trust account that belongs to you (don’t worry we will set this up as part of the process). As your monthly savings accumulates in your trust account to an amount that we can make a reasonable offer to your creditors to settle your debts, our negotiations and legal team will begin negotiating with your creditors on your behalf. As each case is different, the negotiation process will begin at different times depending on the amount of your debt. Once an agreement is made with your creditor and is approved by the eDebtAttorney Lawyers, the settlement will be presented to you for your approval. Upon your final approval, our team will instruct the creditor to issue a “settlement offer” in writing. With these approvals from all involved
