How will the easements look after construction is complete?
The easements will be restored to approximately the same grade as before construction occurs, unless shown otherwise in the design drawings. The area will be graded, fertilized and seeded. Our goal will be to return the right-of-way to a condition equal to or better than the condition prior to construction. • Will blasting be allowed? The Contractor may encounter rock during construction that will require blasting. Any dwelling within approximately 1000 feet of construction will have a pre-blast survey performed. Also, seismographs will be used to monitor the blasts. Measured charges will be used to prevent damages to existing structures. • How long will the construction be on my property? As a rule of thumb, the Contractor will generally install 50 feet of sewer interceptor per day. However, this can vary widely depending on conditions.
