How will the Dual Employment process work between two agencies live on SCEIS?
The State Human Resources Regulations specify that dual employment is between two agencies with the employee in an FTE at the primary agency and in a temporary capacity at the secondary agency. In SCEIS, the primary agency will administer most of the HR/Payroll processes to ensure correct payment for the employee. The Dual and Secondary Employment guidelines and forms developed by OHR and SCEIS provide extensive detail regarding how to process these actions.
