How will the director communicate with members of the Supporters Trust?
Direct contact by a member to the director via any of the mechanisms above should receive a direct response. If there is a specific matter that needs to be reported to all members, especially if the input of members is needed urgently, then the director will write to its members. Although the Supporters Trust’s director is bound by a signed confidentiality agreement that prohibits the release to members of the commercially sensitive aspects of board meetings, where possible members will be briefed via a combination of updates to the Trust’s website, emails to the Supporters Trust’s email group, periodic newsletters, fans forums and general meetings of the Supporters Trust including the Annual General Meeting.
