How will the Design Guidelines restrict what I intend to build on a lot?
The Design Guidelines are in place to ensure that The Balmoral is developed in accordance with consistent standards that will promote value in the community and an understanding of how the ultimate build-out of the community will feel. The goal of the developer is to create a well planned and consistent community influenced by native Bahamian and West Indian influences. Design Guidelines will for instance control set-backs on boundary lines, the minimum size of homes and the exterior finishing and landscaping of a home.
