How will the data impact on the frequency of audits from the Registering Bodies?
Quality indicator data, along with other information such as audit history and substantiated complaints, will contribute to a registering body’s risk assessment of RTOs and will inform decisions concerning the frequency and targeting of audits. The registering body is not prevented from acting on other information it may have about an RTO for the scheduling and conduct of audits.
