COMSYS will implement a program and web based toold that facilitates the process of engaging and utilizing contingent staff. Specifically, when a contingent staff need is identified, the respective T-Mobile Hiring Manager will complete an on-line requisition. This requisition will then be routed electronically within T-Mobile for approval. Once approved, COMSYS will work with the vendor community to identify, recruit, and pre-screen candidates for T-Mobiles consideration. COMSYS will coordinate the interviewing process and, when a selection is made, will prepare the necessary notifications within T-Mobile.
