How will THE CUBE be secured?
Access to the pavement-level multi-use units will be directly from the street. All the apartments will be accessed through the main, fully- secured entrance or from the parking area.Each apartment will be connected to each access point by telephone.The entire Umhlanga Ridge New Town Centre is monitored and patrolled by an independent security company under the management of the Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre Management Association.
