HOW WILL THE CREATION OF WASTE BE MINIMISED, AND HOW WILL RE USE & RECYCLING WOULD BE MANAGED ON SITE?
A dedicated area is in use for the recycling of separated domestic waste. We have already constructed a ‘wormery’ where composted vegetable matter, paper, cardboard and other organic material are digested. This has not only created valuable nutrients for our gardens and orchards, but a small cottage industry, by selling mature worms to bait shops, farmers and local worm wholesalers.
