How will the County advance four months of deficit funding if PROS programs are licensed in the first quarter and contracts have not been signed?
OMH will continue to advance State aid to counties for the first four months of PROS operation. The amount of State aid will be equivalent to four months of the full annual net deficit financing on the fiscal profiles for the Phase 1 providers. It is expected that counties will continue to make this funding available to providers during the first four months of operation through the existing contractual arrangement.
