How will the counseling occur?
You are provided the contact information to the assigned counseling agency and they are provided your contact information to reach out to you. The counseling meeting is scheduled and in- person counseling is the preferred method. The agencies that provide counseling are set up to do face-to-face counseling and upload the necessary documents to MMI’s platform. However, telephonic counseling will be available through the counseling agencies.
