How will the communities be affected by RCI?
Historically, 65%-70% of the RCI subcontracts have gone to small businesses. Privatization will benefit the local economy during both the initial construction phase and ongoing management and maintenance of the housing. Our commercial partner will preserve the historical heritage of each installation within the respective State Historical Preservation Guidelines.
