After the first meeting at the beginning of the Fall 2001 semester, a student team will be formed. The nature of the team and its hierarchy is up to the students to decide. • How will students from Penn State and Clemson communicate ideas? At times it will be beneficial and necessary for PSU and CU students to meet face-to-face, however, communicating ideas concerning SPIRIT 2 will take place, primarily, over the internet and telephone connections.
