All payers, not just Medicare, will no longer allow Post Office Box or Lock Box addresses in the Billing provider 2010AA N3 Billing Provider Address Information. This change will take effect when you begin to submit your electronic claims in X12 version 5010. If a post office box is submitted in 2010AA N3 Billing Provider Address information, the file will be rejected. The change only applies to the new 5010 Implementation, not the existing 4010A1 version.
