Data will not be transferred from Oracle Calendar to IRIS. Instead, we will have a cutover date of January 1, 2009 to move from the old system to the new. Meetings occurring prior to January 1st need to be scheduled in the Oracle Calendar. Meetings occurring January 1st and later need to be scheduled in IRIS. After January 1st, Oracle Calendar will no longer be used and all faculty/staff scheduling will take place on the IRIS system.
