How will the Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC) be staffed?
A5. VEAP plans on staffing the BICC with four CoVA employees a manager, an analyst, a developer and an administrator. VEAP believes that these four will function as a core group of BICC members. However, to be successful, the BICC membership must include functional and technical individuals from agencies as these are some of the important stakeholders served by the BICC, and their input and participation are key. Without substantial agency participation in the BICC, the core groups ability to provide successful service to the agencies will not be optimal. The BICC manager has been hired and is expected to start on Monday, January 12, 2009.
