How will the Bay Program’s modeling data be used to establish the TMDL and to track implementation progress?
EPA’s Chesapeake Bay Program is in the process of updating the Bay Watershed Model to version 5.3. This new version will be used along with the other suite of Bay water quality models for establishing the Bay TMDL. Until then, EPA has provided each jurisdiction with target loads based on the current version (5.2) of the Watershed Model.
