How will the Authority deal with the link between the waste disposal contract and the fuel use contract if these two contracts are to be mutually exclusive?
The Authority is addressing the interface issues between these two contracts. Having informal dialogue at this stage with prospective bidders is one action that we are taking in order to ensure that all relevant issues are addressed at the outset.
